OUR STORY
C.O.S.L. Office Supplies Ltd. has been in the business of importing, wholesale and retail distribution of office furniture, building materials and interior finishes for the past Twenty-two (22) years and is the sole agent for several foreign based factories. These factories manufacture in accordance with international product and safety standards and are primarily based in USA, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, and China.
Over the years COSL has evolved into complete Interior Outfitting Company and Construction, working with a diverse team of competent professionals, Engineers, Architects, Designers and sub-contractors. Our services include but are not limited to: external cladding and glazing works, building construction, and full interior works such as ceilings, walls, flooring, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, IT & telecommunications, security, kitchens and washroom facilities, interior decorative finishing’s as well as custom and standard furnishings. Accordingly, our company designs, build, and furnish commercial building projects as a Turnkey provider.
At present, COSL is now structuring itself to capitalize on the wider Caribbean Market. COSL has recently completed several large projects such as the outfitting of four secondary schools (over 4500 student capacity total), the Scarborough regional library at our twin Island of Tobago (65,000sq ft.) and the new headquarters for the Governments’ Ministry of Public Utilities (70,000 sq. ft.). COSL has recently successfully handed over the completed works on the 22 storey 250,000 sq. ft. building for the Inland Revenue Division (IRD). These projects exceeded Three Hundred and twenty Million Dollars (in value (VAT exclusive) and were 100% self-financed.
To support our long term vision of growth in the Caribbean region COSL has acquired a 32,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Doral Miami Florida which is currently under renovations. COSL hopes to be able to later distribute its products and services to the Caribbean, Latin America and United States Market from this geographically strategic location.
